This SMS Policy describes the text messaging program operated by Kennedy Septic Services, doing business as Kennedy Roll-Offs ("we," "us," or "our"), at kennedyrolloff.com.
Program name and description
Kennedy Roll-Offs SMS Program. A transactional, non-marketing program that sends text messages about quotes, deliveries, service, pickups, and account matters to customers who have opted in. We do not send promotional or advertising messages by SMS.
How to opt in
1. Check the SMS consent box on our quote form at kennedyrolloff.com/contact/. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
2. Give verbal consent on a call with dispatch at (931) 217-1435.
Consent is not a condition of doing business with us. After you opt in you will receive a confirmation message with our name, opt-out and help instructions, and the frequency disclosure.
Messages you may receive
Quote responses, delivery and pickup confirmations, service scheduling, driver arrival notices, and account or service updates.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with your rental activity. Typically 2 to 6 messages per active rental or event.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages; your carrier may.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, call (931) 217-1435, or email heather@kennedyrolloff.com. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Rejoining
If you opt out and later want messages again, opt in again by either method above.
No mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Carrier liability
We and participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier network and is outside our control. We are not responsible for messages delayed, filtered as spam, or not received because of device, network, or service interruptions, or for any charges you incur from receiving our messages.
Compliance
Our SMS program follows the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable state and federal rules for commercial text messaging.
Age
Our SMS program is for people 18 or older. By opting in you confirm you are at least 18.
