Kennedy Septic Services, doing business as Kennedy Roll-Offs ("we," "us," or "our"), operates kennedyrolloff.com (the "Site") and provides roll-off dumpster rental and portable toilet rental services in Clarksville, Montgomery County, and the surrounding area of Tennessee. Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and the delivery, jobsite, or event address you give us.
Request details: the service you ask about, box size or unit count, dates, debris type or event details, and any notes you send with a quote request.

How we use it

Text messages (SMS)
We collect mobile numbers to send transactional text messages about quotes, deliveries, service, and pickups. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form at kennedyrolloff.com/contact/, or by giving verbal consent on a call with dispatch at (931) 217-1435. The box is unchecked by default and consent is not a condition of doing business with us. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies with your rental activity. No mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
This applies to the mobile numbers collected at opt-in, SMS consent records and timestamps, and mobile device identifiers.
Service providers
We use service providers only as needed to run the business: a customer relationship and messaging platform for quotes, email, and SMS delivery; a bot-protection service on our forms; web hosting; and web analytics. They act on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze aggregated traffic and improve performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the Site still works without them.

Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide service, meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records are generally kept for seven years), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent records are kept for the duration of the opt-in and at least four years after.
Children
Our services and Site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our SMS program is for people 18 or older.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top is the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
